Breath4life™ breathwork is a uniquely powerful and integrated healing process. It uses subconscious connective breathing to assist you on the journey of transformation.
It is a circular breathing technique which initiates an increase in body awareness to begin deep inner work.
Buried feelings of guilt, shame, and even joy can lead to a mass of emotional defences that cut off our capacity for love, compassion and intimacy. Our emotions are energy in motion, E- motion.
When we experience a negative emotion such as anger or frustration, our breathing rhythm can change or we sometimes hold our breath. This causes energy to get stuck which if left untreated can eventually create an imbalance (suppression) laid down in our energy field. These emotions will keep resurfacing when we cannot suppress them any longer. What we resist will persist and over time will move deeper into the body often leading to mental health issues, physical illness and dis-ease.
Breath4life breathwork combines natural body intelligence and client-centered empowerment to initiate a self-discovery process that emerges into conscious awareness. The areas of exploration are: Mind – body therapy, Personal growth, Emotional empowerment and Spiritual awareness, and some or all of these may be engaged within a breath work session.
Breathwork, along with self-reflection can break down barriers that encase our hearts, enabling reconnection to positive emotions and loving feelings with self and others.
